WINTER SPORTS

In order to provide a safe environment for our students to participate in winter sports, the number of fans allowed into our gym and others in the conference will be limited to 2 fans per player. There will be a sign up form for people to fill out prior to each game. Families will have first dibs on attending. We encourage all others to watch the games on the NFHS network.

Please remember that MASKS/FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES IN OUR SCHOOL AND AT OTHER SCHOOLS UNLESS POSTED DIFFERENTLY.

People who need to purchase a pass to the NFHS network need to contact the high school office. Families who already have family passes will be provided a pass. Others may purchase for $50.

Please pay attention to the game schedules on the school calendar this year. To start, the JV girls will play first around 2 PM, followed by the Varsity girls at 3:30, with Saturday games at 12:30 and 2 PM.  After that game, the gym will be cleared and cleaned. The boys JV will then start the second session at 6 and Varsity at 7:30, with the times moved up on Saturday to 4:30 and 6. Each session is $5 or use your family pass.

Parent-Teacher conferences are coming up soon for the high school (Nov 4-5). We would really appreciate your attendance at this event.  Parent-Teacher conferences are not intended as a time for you to come in and hear us complaining about your student.  It is intended as a time for us to get to know you better, to let you know what is happening in the class, to get to know your student better so we better know his/her interests, and for you to get to know us better.  High School Parent-Teacher conferences are not scheduled times, but we are happy to lock in a time if you call ahead.  Otherwise it is more of an open door, take turn type of conferencing.  Please feel free to call if you have any questions.  And you don't need to wait for conference time if you need to contact a teacher about your student.
