Intermittent Android Mobile App Issues

After the recent release of Chrome 71.0.3578, some Campus Parent and Campus Student Android App users are reporting intermittent issues related to:

  • White screen errors
  • SSO Login errors
  • Issues opening reports, attachments or external links

We are working hard at getting these issues fixed as quickly as possible.  These changes will be released via an App Update, not a Campus version change.  If your users are experiencing this issue, particularly on other Chrome versions, we greatly appreciate the submission of this information via cases or through the Mobile App FAQ page Help option.
