March 25 Update

March 25 Update

  1. We have been notified as of March 24, by Governor Bullock, that the school closure will last through at least April 10.  We will continue to update this as we know more.

  2. Please make sure your students are working in each of their classes and checking in daily with each teacher.  We are working to keep students engaged in their distance learning. If students or parents have questions about classes, please email teachers.  If that doesn’t answer the questions, please email administration.

  3. Mr. Martin is available at school for scholarship questions for our seniors.  Please email or call him at school to discuss your scholarships and/or post high school plans.

  4. We have cleaned out hall lockers. We will allow for pick up of locker materials on Thursday, March 26.  Each locker was placed into a bag with the student’s name on it. They will be outside the high school office with several school employees to check off names as the bags are picked up.  Please do not leave without having your name checked off. You can only pick up your own or your family's bags and we would appreciate adults doing this. The bags have textbooks, clothing, homework, and personal items. In order to control how many people are here at one time the following schedule will be used for pick-up times:

    1. 6th grade 10:00 AM

    2. 7th grade  10:30 AM

    3. 8th grade  11:00 AM

    4. 9th grade  11:30 AM

    5. 10th grade  12:00 PM

    6. 11th grade  12:30 PM

    7. 12th grade  1:00 PM

If you can’t make it during these times, please call the office to arrange another time.

  1. If you are in band, instruments will be available at the same times for pick up.  If you have your own instrument, you just need to check out with your locker bag. If you are using the schools, an adult must sign a contract when picking up the instrument.
