After serving as the Superintendent, and for many years also as high school principal, in Park City Schools for 11 years, Dan Grabowska has submitted his resignation as of the end of June. He notes that this decision is a difficult choice but eleven years as a building administrator is a long to to serve in one place. Mr. Grabowska has been in education for 31 years and has served as a school administrator for 25 of those years. He has had the fortune of watching his children go through his schools, including two here in Park City. He is proud of helping to create a school where students and staff can learn and teach in a safe environment. Even though he was not able to help the board pass a building bond, he is proud of maintaining a facility that is safe and updated. And he is proud of the many technology updates he was able to bring into the district on a very small technology budget.
Mr. Grabowska looks forward to continuing his career in education and to building more positive relationships with students and staff wherever he ends up. He thanks Park City Schools and the Panthers for the many great memories he will carry with him.
